MyYouNoteTerms of Use
These terms apply to the MyYouNote application (“the app”) published by bdzapps. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. For the version distributed through the Mac App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
License
You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal purposes on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute the app as your own or misrepresent its origin.
Your content
Notes and other content you create in the app belong to you. They are stored only on your device (see the privacy policy); you are responsible for backing them up, for example with the built-in JSON export.
YouTube content
MyYouNote plays videos through the official YouTube embedded player. Your use of YouTube content through the app is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. The app does not download videos and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, YouTube or Google.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that YouTube's services will remain available or compatible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bdzapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts.
